Where do you host picnics?
We happily serve the Northern VA / Washington DC area. After less than a year in business, we have now expanded our picnic and event services to New York City! We create picnics in Williamsburg/Greenpoint in Brooklyn and Central Park.
In Virginia, our clients tend to love Burke Lake Park, Meadowlark Botanical Gardens and Founder’s Park, but we happily serve the entire Northern Virginia/Washington DC area. We’re also more than happy to create picnic setups in your backyard or at home.
How much does it cost?
Picnics for 2 guests: $179
Picnics for 3-4 guests: $239
Picnics for 5-6 guests: $299
Picnics for 7-8 guests: $399
Picnics for 9-10 guests: $499
Picnics for 11-12 guests: $599
Picnics for 13-14 guests: $699

We are able to accommodate picnics for 21 guests and beyond! Please contact us for a custom quote and we'll get back to you shortly.
Please note all picnics in Manhattan will be charged a $80 transportation fee.
So how does this work?
Use our website to schedule your picnic. Pick out your location, date/time, picnic theme and add ons. We’ll contact you in 24-48 hours to confirm your details.
Once all your picnic details are confirmed, we’ll send you our contract with all the information and details for your events. We require a $50 nonrefundable deposit to secure your date/time. The remainder of your payment is due 24 hours prior to your picnic start time.
Our team arrives 30 minutes to an hour prior to your start time to put together your picnic. Don’t worry about cleaning up! Our team handles both setup and clean up.

How do I book a picnic?
Click “Book A Picnic” on the top right and fill out our questionnaire form. Our team will get back to you in 24-48 hours to confirm if your requested date/time is available.
What happens day of?
We arrive at the chosen location 30 minutes to one hour prior your arrival so everything is ready for your event! We’ll also send you text beforehand so you know exactly where to find your picnic.
How long is each picnic?
Please note picnics setups are for two hours. Additional time can be purchased for $50 per hour.
Do my two hours begin once I arrive? I’m running late!
Your two hour picnic begins at the scheduled time on your contract. If you are running behind your picnic we will kindly give a 10 minute grace period. You are more than welcome to purchase additional time.

Can I light the candles?
All candles are for decor purposes only. We do not allow lighting of these candles. If there is a fire of any sort you knowingly and freely assume all risks and are responsible for any damages.
What happens if it rains?
If you have already booked a picnic and it’s going to rain during the time of your picnic, we are more than happy to make it an indoor picnic or reschedule your picnic.
Can I choose my style/picnic theme?

If you have a special request/theme, please contact us. Please note special requests require two weeks for planning and an additional fee.
Can I add anything to my picnic?
Yes! We have some gorgeous add-ons to transform your picnic experience including a lace teepee, bar cart and parasol umbrellas. Stay tuned for more!
Is alcohol/food included?
We do not provide food but are happy to recommend some local vendors. We do not offer alcoholic beverages, and are not responsible for those who bring them to a picnic.
Can we leave prior to our scheduled end time?
Yes, you can but please provide us with 15 minutes notice via phone call or text message. You are responsible for all picnic items until we are able to return and pack up.
How far in advance do I need to book my picnic?
The sooner the better! We’re happy to accommodate your requested date/time, but we recommend booking your picnic service no later than one week. If you have a last minute booking feel free to reach out to us! There are times we are able to fit in clients at the last minute.
How does payment work?
Once you fill out our form under “Book A Picnic” a team member will be in touch to confirm all your picnic details. In order to secure your booking, we require a nonrefundable $50 deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours prior to your picnic. We currently accept payment through Venmo.
